In today’s fast paced environment with rapid technological change and emerging challenges, senior leaders in police services need to be getting the best out of their people. To achieve this I believe police services need to create an environment and culture of excellence. This starts and ends with the quality of leadership. I believe that to be successful, police services have to continuously invest in their people by ensuring they have the best leadership training possible.
